HAYDON

Haydon graduated with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology and has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2021. He first worked within multiple clinics across the Canberra Region delivering evidence based exercise for a wide range of injuries and chronic conditions. Haydon is passionate about helping others work towards their goals, with a special interest in chronic disease management, strength development and disabilities.

In 2022, Haydon established Higher Exercise Rehabilitation to expand his impact beyond his full time work in home and community care. In this role, he supports older adults and individuals living with chronic conditions and disabilities to maintain independence within their home and community.

His approach focuses on delivering structured, evidence based exercise programs that are adapted to each client’s functional ability, environment, and goals. This includes supporting people to stay active, reduce risk of decline, and continue doing the things that matter most to them.
